Trainees at the Bodyzone Cosmetic Studio in Basel
Bodyzone is one of the few cosmetic studios in Basel that offers training to become an EFZ cosmetician and thus fulfills the important training mandate.
With Rosaleen Morrissey, Helga Fuchs and Ramona Graf, our team has three trained and highly qualified vocational trainers.
Current Trainees at Bodyzone
Lea Vojinovic is completing her three-year training as a cosmetician EFZ with us and is currently in her 2nd year of training.
You will receive the following discounts on treatments for which our trainees are already qualified according to their apprenticeship year:
- 30% in the 1st year of training
- 20% in the 2nd year of training
- 10% in the 3rd year of training
Training to become a federally recognized cosmetician
A wide range of cosmetic, massage, and spa treatments are taught during training to become a federally recognized cosmetician. These include, among others:
Facial care & facial treatment
- Cleansing of face, neck and décolleté

In addition to skin care cosmetics, the beauticians also learn the different types of make-up.
Furthermore, the prospective EFZ beauticians are tested in the subjects of anatomy and physiology, hygiene and safety as well as in business management topics (customer acquisition, appointment scheduling, inventory management and accounting) and learn how to organize a cosmetics business. A challenging, varied and interesting apprenticeship!
